Camera interaction level
(Bigler Productions will leave it to you to decide how involved you would like us to be at your wedding. Select one of the three descriptions and add any additional info at the end.)

In the Shadows.
Our first priority is to stay in the shadows, our second will be to capture all the moments as they happen. With this option you will still get all the significant moments, but you may loose some impromptu moments due to lack of camera interaction.
Master's Discretion (Recommended)
Your Master Videographer will make the decision of how involved to be based on the moment it-self. If the bride and groom are having a private moment they will keep their distance, but if a group of guests is having a fun interaction they may choose to interact in order to get it on film.
Capture everything!
Our main goal is to get everything on film. With this option the camera crew will interact with your guests, asking them to pose and possibly say a few words for the camera. (We will still be polite and respectful with everyone we interact with)!

Music Selection
(At Bigler Productions you choose your own music. We recommend providing at least six songs, but you may include as many song titles as you would like.  While we do not guarantee that each song will make it in, we will do our best to include them all.  If you would like some help choosing the best song for the moment please give us a call. )

The music will be:

Mailed to Bigler Productions on a CD.
If you have your music on your computer it is easy to put all your songs onto a CD. If not you will have to download them to your computer from their original CD or from the net. Please do not send low grade MP3 formats as it will down grade the quality of your video. Please make sure the following information is included in your mailing or is filled out bellow.

Photo Montage
Each photo montage is limited to 100 pictures.
Please select how you will send us your photos.

The photos will be:

Mailed to Bigler Productions on a CD.
If you have digital photos it is very easy to transfer them on to a CD. If your photos are not in a digital form they will need to be scanned. If you have a scanner you can do this yourself. if not you can take your pictures to any Walgreens or photo store and they will put them on a CD for you. Mail the CD to PO Box 6, Portland, OR, 97207.
Attached in an Email (without compressing)
Almost all email accounts will limit the size of attachments to 10MB. Do not compress your photos in order to send them all at once! This will lower the quality of the photos and result in a lower quality Photo Montage. Instead send separate emails with the largest file size possible.
Mailed (or dropped off) to Bigler Productions to be Scanned
Bigler Productions will gladly scan all of your photos and mail them back to you for an additional charge of $20. If you drop your photos by our office and return to pick them up the charge is reduced to $15. While in our possession we will treat your photos with the utmost respect and professionalism, but Bigler Productions will not cover damage that occurs during shipping or caused by poor packaging. We recommend using a padded envelope with cardboard inserts to prevent bending.
 
 

DVD Copies
You may order as many copies as you like. We will ship them anywhere within the United States at no additional charge. Please specify where you want them sent, how many per shipment and to whom you are sending them.
